The Mercury VesselView 1005 is a next-generation 10-inch marine display
designed for faster, smoother access to Mercury SmartCraft engine information, navigation
and compatible onboard systems. Its high-definition glass touchscreen and dedicated side
controls provide clear visibility and dependable operation at the helm.
SmartCraft Connect Required: A compatible SmartCraft Connect
Level 2 or Level 3 gateway is required to access Mercury SmartCraft
engine data and propulsion controls. The gateway is sold separately and must be selected
according to the number of engines and installation location.

VesselView 1005 can display current information for more than 30 available engine and
vessel parameters. Available information depends on the engine, installed sensors and
vessel configuration.

Charting and Navigation
An internal 10 Hz GPS supports charting and navigation without requiring a separate GPS
receiver. VesselView 1005 supports the latest C-MAP DISCOVER X charts,
along with compatible third-party charting options such as CMOR Mapping, Florida Marine
Tracks and StrikeLines.
Sonar and System Integration
VesselView 1005 integrates with compatible accessories from the Simrad NSX and NSS 4
product lines, allowing navigation, engine information and supported onboard equipment
to be managed from one display.

SmartCraft Connect Compatibility

next-generation VesselView display. Level 3: Provides broader compatibility (more flexibility) with supported Garmin, RayMarine, Simrad and Mercury displays without requiring a particular
display for activation.
Important compatibility note: VesselView 1005 uses SmartCraft Connect rather
than VesselView Link. Compatibility and available functions depend on the engine, gateway,
installed equipment and system configuration. Contact us before ordering if you need help
identifying the correct SmartCraft Connect gateway.
