MSC 4000 Side Mount Electric, Non-Power Trim 14 Pin Side Mount Remote Control
This control features a non-trim handle and a 15 ft. (4.58 M) harness with Amp connector and will direct connect to the engine models below without the use of an Adapter harness.
Fits: Model year 2005 and newer, 8/9.9, 15/20 HP FourStroke Outboards with electric start and non‑trim.
Model year 2005 and newer 8/9.9 FourStroke Outboards SAE throttle/shift cables must be used.
8/9.9 FourStroke engines generation change above serial # OR192772 and 15/20 FourStroke engines will use GEN I cables.
GEN II cables must be used on other engines. See our Throttle and Shift Cable page for new cables
Can be mounted starboard or port side and are stackable. Offers "push to choke" ignition switch, 8 pin connector wiring harness, lanyard stop switch, separate neutral warm‑up lever and requires Gen I throttle and shift cables. All controls have a 5 pin accessory plug for tachometer and an adjustable throttle friction. Not for use with engines that have counter rotating lower units.
Older engines may require an adapter harness.
