Remanufactured Powerheads for Mercury 2 Stroke and Optimax Outboard Motors

Mercury has introduced Quicksilver remanufactured outboard powerheads that are completely disassembled, precision machined, honed, cleaned and reassembled by a team of professional technicians from Mercury Marine/Quicksilver. These 2 Stroke reman powerheads fit Mercury and Mariner applications between 75-300 HP. 

The CNC machined remanufactured block is CNC honed, and cylinder sleeves are replaced as necessary. 100% OEM internal components installed plus latest engineering updates are applied to key components. Pistons, rods and crankshafts replaced as necessary with new Quicksilver factory parts. Each powerhead goes through a sonic cleaning process to prevent internal corrosion and damage from debris; no abrasive cleaning used to remove protective coatings.

Outboard Powerheads from Mercury and Quicksilver Remanufacturing come with a 1 Year Limited Factory Limited Warranty. SOME select powerheads come with an aditional 2 years of coverage! Us the contact us form to check!
