Mercury Maximus - 5 blade performance stainless propeller for high horsepower and high X dimension applications. The Maximus 5 blade performance propeller is ideally suited to push large aerated, vee‑bottom performance hulls and offshore boats equipped with MerCrusier 496 HO, Mercury Racing 500+ horsepower engines coupled to Bravo 1, Bravo 1 XZ or XR sterndrives. Works great out of the box and even better when lab finished!

In general if RPM's are at the upper end of the engines range run two inches of pitch less than the Bravo I 4‑blade propeller. Example: if running a 34" stock Bravo I, try running 32" stock Maximus.

The Maximus props on this specials page include hub kits. The A55 part numbers include Flo Torq solid hub kit 835258K2. A65 part numbers include the Flo Torq Heavy Duty solid hub kit 840389K06. We can swap out hub kits for you!  New part numbers from the factory do not include hub kits.
