This control can be mounted starboard or port side and is stackable. Offers"push to choke" ignition switch, 8 pin connector wiring harness, lanyardstop switch, separate neutral warm-up lever and requires Gen I throttleand shift cables. 5 pin accessory plug for tachometerand an adjustable throttle friction. Not for use withengines that have counter rotating lower units. Older engines mayrequire an adapter harness.
This control features a non-power trim handle, 15 ft.(4.58 m) harness and built-inwarning horn.
Fits all current Mercury/Mariner Outboards 6 HP and above (without power trim) and 1993 and newer Force Outboards 40 HP and higher utilizing Mercury stylecables (with power trim).
For Model year 2005 and newer 8/9.9 FourStroke Outboards SAEthrottle/shift cables must beused.
For 8/9.9 FourStroke engines generation change aboveserial number OR192772 and 15/20FourStroke engines will use GEN I cables.
When used with a model year 2005 and newer 8/9.9, 15/20 FourStroke Outboards, anAdapter harness is required.
GEN I cablesmust be used on other engines.
