This kit is designed for Mercury 40–60 HP FourStroke ELPT outboards with serial number 1C050252 and above.

Confirm These Requirements

  • Your engine is a Mercury 40, 50 or 60 HP FourStroke.
  • Your engine serial number is 1C050252 or higher.
  • Your engine is an ELPT model: electric start, long shaft (20") and power trim.
  • Your engine is currently equipped for remote control or has a previous Big Tiller configuration.

If your engine does not meet all of these requirements, do not assume this kit will fit based only on horsepower or appearance.
