For non‑power trim models, 15 ft.(4.58 m) harness and built‑in warning horn. New design with soft grip. Control handle can be positioned on port or starboard side. Please see install instuctions.

Reference Throttle/shift cable Gen I ‑ 897977A__.
Use Throttle/Shift cables (896143A) for Model Year 2005 and newer 8/9.9 FourStroke outboards. 8‑9.9 4 Stroke engines generation change above serial number OR192772 and new 15/20 4 Stroke engines will use Gen I series throttle/shift cables

Fits all current Mercury/Mariner outboards 6 HP and above (without power trim), and 1993 and newer Force outboards 40 hp and higher utilizing Mercury style cables (with power trim).

When used with a Model Year 2005 and newer 8/9.9/15/20 FourStroke outboard an adapter harness 892473A01 is required.

Gen I throttle/shift cables must be used with this control.
