Quicksilver Extreme Performance Gear Lube was designed foroutboard and sterndrive racing applications. This gear lube providesmaximum protection against:
Water intrusion advanced emulsifiers protect gears if water enters
the gear housing
Wear tackifiers and pressure additives improve oil film adhesion and
protect against excessive wear
Horsepower loss prevents horsepower loss and wont break down
when gears reach high temperatures
Quicksilver recommends the gear lube be changed at least once peryear (prior to storage) or every 100 hours of operation. See ownersmanual for specific recommendations.
Recommended for use in high-performance gearcases used in marine,
powersports, and motorsports applications.
