Mercury-Mercruiser 866178A02 Exhaust Manifold Conversion Kit 496/8.1L

This cast iron exhaust manifold replaces the original aluminum manifold with separate water rails. This kit replaces either manifold. To accommodate replacement of either manifold, parts are included that will not be used. The manifolds may be replaced individually. Using a cast iron manifold and an aluminum exhaust manifold on the same engine is acceptable according to Mercury Marine.

Mercury-Mercruiser 866178A02 Exhaust Manifold Conversion Kit 496/8.1L

This cast iron exhaust manifold replaces the original aluminum manifold with separate water rails. This kit replaces either manifold.
