Intake Manifold Gasket Set27-805403A1

Contains:

2 Intake manifold gaskets

End Seal Replacement - Rubber end seals are no longer be available for the following Mercury MerCruiser engines:

Mercury MerCruiser 7.4L Models: All
Mercury MerCruiser 8.2L Models: All

Mercury Marine recommends the use of a sealant in place of the rubber end seals.Apply a 6.4 mm (0.25 in.) bead of Loctite 5900 Ultra Black RTV Silicone Sealant on the front and rear end seal bosses of the
engine block between the cylinder heads. The sealer should extend 12.7 mm (0.50 in.) onto the cylinder head.
