Remanufactured Pro-Series Longblock.GM 8 Cyl., 6.3 Liter Gen+ 383 V8
(Left-Hand Standard Rotation) with remanufactured 062 Vortec cylinder heads.
This block is used to service the 383 Mag 4V Plus-Series engines 865108R90 and8M0061212 with standard rotation. This block is NOT equipped for applicationsusing a CPS (Crank Position Sensor). This block has provisions for use with orwithout a mechanical fuel pump. Unique to this engine is a special camshaft profile,springs, screw-in rocker studs, head casting, 1.6:1 roller rocker arms and 100 PSIoil pump.

NOTE: When replacing an inboard Longblock, it may be necessary to transfer the original Aluminum Oil Pan to the replacement block for additional
corrosion protection and to ensure a proper dipstick location.
