Mercruiser & Mercury Racing Service Manual Index

Use this MerCruiser service manual index to identify service, diagnostic, installation, and reference publications for MerCruiser engines, sterndrives, Mercury Racing products, DTS controls, and SmartCraft systems. Match the application and serial-number range before selecting a manual.

Reference edition: Mercury Marine Service Manual Index 90-8M0204758, May 2022. Manual dates, applications, and ranges below reflect that edition. Open-ended ranges are reproduced as listed and do not confirm coverage of every later model. Confirm the applicable manual and any superseding part number before ordering.

Browse the Manual Index

Reading the tables: Manual Date is the publication date shown in the index; Model Years identifies the listed application years. A trailing dash indicates an open-ended range. A standalone dash or blank in the source means no value is provided. “All” applies to the listed application. On smaller screens, scroll each table sideways to view all columns.
