Order Processing

Please note, our site does not indicate actual part availability. We have one of the largest inventories of genuine Mercury Marine parts in the country, but we do not have every one of the 160,000 active part numbers on the shelf. We want you to have your parts, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee when your order will actually ship. The shipping you select applies to the time in transit only .

In addition to the stock on our shelves, we receive 2 deliveries per day from a local Mercury distribution center. On the average 90% of our orders are shipped complete the same day (M-F) if received by 10:30AM EST. Emergency orders and drop ships can be arranged in some cases, please ask us for the criteria and extra charges involved. If there is a day or date that you need your parts, PLEASE be sure to let us know in the notes section (we do read them!) and choose your shipping accordingly.

The actual delivery date your order is beyond our control. In the case of late delivery via guaranteed shipments by UPS (next day, 2 day and 3 day), if the carrier is at fault we will refund the shipping charges only per the carriers policies. You can find details of the shippers policies at www.ups.com. Handling charges will not be refunded. The shippers guarantee applies to time in transit only (does not include weekends or holidays or the day of pickup). Please note that next day shipping does not include delivery on weekends. An item shipped Friday via next day service will arrive Monday. Saturday delivery is available, please us to arrange. Under no circumstance do we guarantee when your order will ship and we will not issue credit for shipping charges unless covered by shippers guarantee. 

*all references apply to normal business days only, weekends and holidays are excluded from calculations, the day of pickup is not included. An order shipped on Monday via 2 day will arrive on Wednesday. An order shipped Thursday via 2 day will arrive Monday. Saturday delivery is only available for next day shipments that leave on Friday.

Order & Stock status

On-line order status is usually updated by the end of the day (weekdays only) the day your order is placed. This may change as the day progresses so please send us an email before taking any action based on the order status. Tracking numbers are added when your order is shipped. Please email us with any questions. Unfortunately do to the number of orders we process we cannot accept phone calls for checking of inventory status. We check our email continuously and will respond promptly to requests for stock checks or order status.
