A: Yes. Once you have ordered all your parts by adding then to your shopping cart, click on “Your Cart” on the bottom right corner of your screen. On “Your Shopping Cart” screen, click on “Get Shipping Estimate.” Enter your zip code and click on “Get Shipping Estimate.” Please be aware that oversized items and multiple shipments will require an extra charge but we will contact you first. Q: Are you affiliated with Mercury Marine?A: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Wire Transfers ( WT may only be used for amounts over $1000). We reserve the right to require wires for large orders. If you pay by Wire Transfer, we must receive your payment before we begin to process your order. Paying by credit card is the most efficient way to pay for your order. We also accept payment by check, but this may cause a substantial delay as we wait for your check to clear before we process the order.
A: No. BAM Marine is an independent factory authorized dealer of genuine Mercury Marine, Mercury Racing and MerCruiser engines, inboard & outboard parts, Sterndrives & genuine Mercury propellers. We sell everything Mercury makes except for new outboard engines.

A: The fastest and most efficient way to get answers to your technical questions is by We check it continually. Please allow 24 hours for a response, ever though we will do our best to respond much quicker then that. Also note we cannot provide tech help by phone unless it is for an existing order.

A: If you are unsure about the part you are ordering, us with the part number in question, your serial & model number or any other information you do have and we will email you back. This is the most efficient way to ensure that you order the correct parts. It is very helpful if you can include a link to the page you are looking at.

A: If you order online you pay the "ONLINE ORDER PRICE", we are sorry but at this time we cannot accept phone orders for parts that are available for purchase on the site. We do accept phone orders for complete engines, Sterndrives and transom assemblies.
