Our Shipping Commitments

Please note, our site does not indicate actual part availability. We have one of the largest inventories of genuine Mercury Marine parts in the country, but we do not have every one of the 160,000 active part numbers on the shelf. We want you to have your parts, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee when your order will actually ship. The shipping you select applies to the time in transit only .

Occasionally your parts need to be cross shipped to us from a Mercury warehouse in another part of the country before we can ship them to you. This can take from 2 to 5 days. In the worst case, your part may be on national factory backorder and not available to ship at all which may cause a substantial delay. In the case of backorders we will notify you by Email. Click here for more information regarding backorders. We offer a number of choices regarding how your order is processed:

Description Notes Ship order complete, wait as needed for parts in stock at factory (no factory backorders) , - see backorders If needed we will hold for items on the way to us from Mercury or local warehouses, then ship complete. This is the most practical choice and is the default. If we do not have one or more of your parts on the shelf we will order them in. This means your order will ship in 1-4 business days in most cases. We will notify you of any canceled items due to factory backorders. You must specifically advise us if you want the backordered items. Any non-backordered items canceled will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee. Do not order missing parts from factory (will be deleted from order), ship parts from local stock only. We will ship in-stock items on our shelves only and cancel the rest. Hold order until complete waiting for factory back orders as needed. Cancellation fee will apply if you ask us to cancel backorders later. We will hold your entire order until all parts are ready to ship. This means we will wait for factory backorderd items as needed. Your card will be charged for the entire order amount and a cancellation fee will apply if you chose to cancel later Ship partial orders as available. This will result in multiple shipments and possible additional shipping charges, Cancellation fee may apply if you ask us to cancel backorders later We will ship the parts we have in stock immediately, and the rest as they arrive. This choice may result in additional shipping charges (depends on ship method and item weights). Your card will be charged for the entire order amount and a cancellation fee may apply if you chose to cancel later. Cancel entire order if any item is on factory back order, Cancellation fee will NOT apply We will cancel the entire order at no charge. Cancel entire order if any item is not in stock & available for immediate shipment (subject to our same day shipping deadlines), Cancellation fee will NOT apply We will cancel the entire order at no charge.
