The 520 EFI is one of the most versatile of Mercury Racing engines in the line-up. The size, drive options, and power makes this a great choice for a variety of vessels from sport boats to cruisers. Standard closed cooling protects the engine from corrosion.  We have discounted prices for packages!

The naturally aspirated 520 engine provides recreational boaters a cost effective power option that fits nicely, in both value and performance, between the MerCruiser 8.2L MAG HO and Mercury Racing 540. This low-cost sterndrive engine features digital throttle and shift (DTS) and of course, is backed by an unprecedented two-year limited factory warranty. 
 
Applications require through-transom exhaust. Optional X-haust Noise Reducer Kit available.
